VACATION MODE :: DAY 1

There's nothing better than being in Vacation Mode...Dallas here we come!!!

After a short flight and many thanks to the invention of the Leapster, we arrived happily at our destination.  I even caught a few winks on the way...the little guy informed me, "Mom, your head kept flopping up and down the whole ride" ~ oh those comfy airplane seats.  We were welcomed by immense heat and the smiling faces of my Aunt & Grandmother (or as Finn calls her, PeePie).  Nothing could beat that!

In a matter of 24 hours, we managed to squeeze in playing at the pool, dinner out, a baseball game and the movies.  Then it was off to San Diego for my Aunt & cousin...and lots of fun for us and Great-Grandma.
