Take Me Out to the...
...Ballgame when it's not 101 degrees! We ventured out to the Camden Campbell's Stadium for a day of fun in the SUN!!!! What were we thinking? After about 5 minutes of sitting in our seats - 3 rows from the field without an ounce of shade, Finn begged to go home. Exhausting all the options...water ice, air conditioned gift shop, the "Meggery-Round" we wound up leaving during the 6th inning! Not too bad. All in all, we now know a relatively inexpensive outing that would be perfect on a cooler day.Go River Sharks!

What fun!!! Oh man, I can't belive it is that hot! It's STILL overcast here, though I think tomorrow will be nicer! :) I'm glad you had fun!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great day . . . even if it was hot. We keep saying we are going to take the kids to a game and once we remember it is just too hot. Maybe this fall or next spring.
