Mess #1, 2 & 3
I'm not too proud to admit rummaging through my neighbor's "discarded goods". I've said it before, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Here are my latest projects...#1: Flower Cart, #2: Wicker Settee & #3: Coconut, Lemon Curd, Meringue Cake. All in their present glory - a MESS, including the finished cake. I swear the recipe made it look so easy and MUCH more appealing!!!
Why can't my neighbors throw an old flower cart away??? I love it!
ReplyDeleteKate - I found that about a block down from my house. When I got it home, my next door neighbor came out and asked where it had been...it was originally his and HE threw it away two years ago. Still has the screws in it where he had tried to repair it.

I would take all of them...especially that yummy cake. If it tastes good I could care less what it looks like...actually looks pretty wonderful too.
